Maxime Sylvestre

 

Hi everyone, I am currently doing Postdoc in mathematics at the University of Vienna in the group of Mathias Beiglböck and Julio Backhoff-Veraguas. Before that I did my Ph.D. at Université Paris Dauphine PSL under the supervision of Guillaume Carlier and Alfred Galichon.

My research interests lie in the variants of optimal transport. More specifically I study entropic optimal transport and its link to functional inequalities.
